By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following relief: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant them a grade pay of Rs. 2,800/- which is already being provided to similarly situated persons appointed on or before 01.12.2011 disregarding the Government Order dated 19.12.2011 expeditiously within time bound period which may be fixed by this Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in identical set of facts, the matter being Writ A No.12730 of 2023 (Savita Devi and 9 others v. State of U.P. and 2 others) has come to be disposed of by this Court on 10.10.2023 and hence the petitioners are also entitled to the similar relief. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner may be directed to file re
