By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the order dated 15.07.2025 for it being against the transfer policy dated 06.05.2025. It is argued that though the petitioner has submitted joining, he has also made representation on 23.05.2025 before the respondent no. 2, who may be directed to dispose of the same. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law.
