Court No. - 4 HON'BLE AJIT KUMAR, J. 1. Heard Sri Ramesh Chandra Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Rajesh Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondents and perused the records. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner prays for grant of one notional annual increment for determining revised pensionary benefit and pay the arrears with interest. 3. Submission advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner is that not only there are authorities of Supreme Court and High Court in respect of rights of retired employees to receive annual increment on 1st July and 1st January of the calendar year even though they retired on a previous date, but even the State Government also has issued a Government Order in the above regard on 12th June, 2024 directing for payment of annual increment to all such employees. 4.
