By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus to command the respondent no. 2 to clear the medical reimbursement bills of the petitioner for Rs. 5,98,903/- as the power to clear such reimbursement lies with the Commissioner/ Secretary, Board of Revenue, Lucknow only as is also reflected from the letter dated 02.07.2025 written by the District Magistrate, Kaushambi. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law.
