Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the order of transfer dated 08.07.2025, whereby, the petitioner has been transferred. According to learned counsel for the petitioner as per the transfer policy, the employees who have remained posted for longer period should be first chosen while preparing the list for transfer. It is further submitted that in the last three years petitioner has been transferred five times, whereas, the similarly situated employees are remain posted there for quite long period. Per contra it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner has a remedy of representation before the WRIA No. 13698 of 2025 2 authority to claim benefit of transfer policy and strict compliance thereof.
