The controversy involved in this case is identical to one as was involved in Writ – A No.- 13634 of 2025 and accordingly, this petition is allowed in view of the specific guidelines laid down by the Government of India in relation to the prescribed physical standard test and the judgment of the Calcutta High Court and other high courts in such matters and also in terms of the observations and directions made today in the case of Manish Yadav v. Union of India and others in Writ – A No.- 13634 of 2024. Respondents are directed to comply with the directions issued in the said case in letter and spirit in this case as well. (Ajit Kumar,J.)
