Court No. - 4 HON'BLE AJIT KUMAR, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following relief: "a. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents no.2 to accord the benefit of pension and other retiral dues to the petitioner, forthwith" 3. It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner has approached the authority by making representations on 06.11.2024 and 24.02.2025 but no order has been passed thereupon. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the respondent in accordance with law. Learned Standing Counsel submits that respondent No. 2 is the competent authority in the matter. 5. In view of the above this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no.2 to cons
