Heard Shri Kailash Prakash Pandey, learned counsel for petitioner and Shri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel. 2. It is contended that petitioner has stood relieved after three months of the the transfer order and no justification has been shown as to why petitioner was not relieved at the time when transfer order was passed more especially in the circumstances when petitioner did not pray for any recall of the transfer order. 3. In the given facts and circumstances when the relieving order does not show any justification for pressing into service transfer order dated 19.06.2025 on 06.09.2025, I consider it more appropriate quash both the transfer and relieving order with the liberty to the respondents to pass fresh order and give it effect immediately. 4. In the circumstances the orders dated 19.06.2025 and 06.09.2025, namely, transfer and relieving orders are hereby quashed with the aforesaid liberty to
