By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus and direct the respondents Additional Director General of Police (Establishment) and Superintendent of Police, Kannauj to consider and send the petitioner from his present posting in Project UP-112 Dial, Kannauj, back to his parent department District Civil Police, Kannauj, within a specified time frame." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard he has already represented the matter before the competent authority which is pending consideration till date. 4. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law
