Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for a direction in the nature of writ of mandamus to command respondent no.3 to consider the claim of the petitioner for disbursement of leave encashment amount. 3. Learned Standing counsel submits that since case is going on against the petitioner under the Anti Corruption Act, the gratuity amount of the petitioner cannot be disbursed. However, regarding leave encashment amount he has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law provided petitioner makes a fresh representation. 4.
