Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the order terminating his services passed by the District Commandant, Homeguards, Meerut on 21.08.2025. 4. Learned Standing Counsel on the contrary raises preliminary objection as to the maintainability of this petition as petitioner has alternative efficacious remedy of appeal/representation before the appellate authority under the Government order dated 02.12.2016. 5. In view of the above I decline to grant indulgence in the matter at this stage. However in the event petitioner prefers an appeal before the appellate authority within four weeks from today, he shall be WRIA No. 13573 of 2025 2 according due consideration to the ground raised in appeal and reply submitted to the authority and decide the appeal within a
