Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order of transfer dated 15.07.2025 passed by the respondent no.2, Consolidation Commissioner, U.P., Lucknow." 3. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2025 is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law.
