By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "(i). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to pay the arrear of salary since 25.10.2016 to 31.10.2016 and month of December 2016 in favour of petitioner." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard, petitioner has already approached the respondent no. 3 by moving representation dated 31.7.2025, which is still pending consideration. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event direction is issued to concerned competent authority to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in a time bound period.
