It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that despite judgment of this Court dated 23rd February, 2021 passed in Writ A No. 3093 of 2021, petitioner had not been paid arrears of salary regarding some dearness allowance. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner, though post retirement dues have been paid to the petitioner. It is further contended that in the above regard, petitioner has already moved an application on 4th March, 2025 before the competent authority, namely, respondent no. 4, which is still pending consideration. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event direction is issued to the concerned respondent to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in a time bound period.
