It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that in view of the judgment of this Court dated 4.9.2013 passed in Writ A No. 62797 of 2012 striking down the government order dated 17.09.2002, no recovery can be directed for the amount to be paid to the petitioner during training period, which is to the tune of Rs. 3,44,270/- It is contended that appeal filed by the State is still pending but the judgment has not been stayed and hence it still holds good. At the stage, learned Additional Chief Standing Sri R.K.Srivastava seeks time to have instructions in the matter. Put up this matter on 16.09.2025. (Ajit Kumar,J.)
