By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for a direction to the District Magistrate concerned to consider the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment for her father dying in harness in the year 2020 while working in respondent establishment. 3. It is contended that at the time of death of father of petitioner she was minor and hence she could not move any application and now after attaining the age of majority in the year 2025 she has come to move an application dated 18.06.2025 and in respect of which recommendation has also been made on 28.07.2025 by the Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue), Moradabad but till date no decision has been taken. 4.
