Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant sanction upgrading the petitioners' grade pay against the post of Seench Paryvekshak from Rs.2400/- to Rs.2800/- w.e.f. 10.10.2011 at par with Revenue Inspector of Revenue Department. ii). Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to pay the arrears of upgraded grade pay 2800/- at par with Revenue Inspector of Revenue Department and further be pleased to direct the respondents to pay the arrears of upgraded grade pay with interest till the date of its actual payment within stipulated period w.e.f. 10.10.2011 i.e. comme
