By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioners have prayed for following reliefs: "(i) a Writ of mandamus, commanding the Respondents Authorities especially respondent No. 5 to refix the pay/ increment of the petitioners from 01.01.2022 instead of 01.07.2022 along with arrears, in accordance with Government Order dated 22.12.2016 within short stipulated period." 3. It is contended on behalf of petitioner that the controversy is no more res integra as in the identical set of facts this Court has already disposed of a writ petition on 12.03.2025 being Writ A No. 3139 of 2025 and hence this petition may also be disposed of in the same terms. 4.
