By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has raised his grievance for non-payment of group insurance amount and pension even though petitioner retired on 31.05.2024. He has also prayed for interest on such delayed payment being caused at the end of the respondent for which petitioner is not liable in any manner. 3. It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner has approached the authority by making representation on 13.05.2025 but no order has been passed thereupon. 4.
