Petitioner though has been given appointment being Covid warrior on a class IV post, he claims that as per his academic qualification he deserves to be appointed as Lab Assistant in the Medical Department District Deoria in view of the Government Order dated 22.08.2024. 3. It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner has represented the matter on 23.01.2025 to the Chief Medical Officer which may be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law. 4.
