By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "a. issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus Directing the Respondents, to Revise/ Recalcluate the Pension of the petitioner on the basis of Full Salary/ Last Pay Drawan by the petitioner before passing the Punishment Order and to grant the benefit of 7th Pay Commission, in view of the Relevant Government Order alongwith Arrears." 3.
