Court No. - 4 HON'BLE AJIT KUMAR, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. Petitioner before this Court seeks writ of mandamus to command respondent No.2 to consider the claim of petitioner for family pension as her husband died on 31.10.2024 while he was receiving pension 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner may be directed to make representation afresh before the competent authority who may be directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law. 4. In the given facts and circumstances this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to make fresh representation before the competent authority in the matter within a period of four weeks from today and if she does so, the competent authority, will dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of further two months weeks.
