Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. Petitioner who is aggrieved by order of transfer dated 15.06.2025 on the ground that it is against trnasfer policy as according to him transfer policy permits posting of spouses at the same station. Petitioner also takes a plea that children of petitioner are studying and trnasfer in mid session will adversely affect their study and is also against transfer policy. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that since the petitioner has been transferred in administrative exigency, she may not have any grievance however he is not averse to the representation of petitioner being directed to be considered and decided in accordance with law. He submits that respondent No. 3 is the competent authority in the matter. 4. In view of the above this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent concerned to consider and dispose of the pendin
