By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus to command the respondent No. 2 to pass final order in the matter of request for transfer made by the petitioner vide representation dated 29.07.2025. 3. Shri P.K. Srivastava, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has no objection in the event representation of petitioner for request transfer is directed to be disposed of by the respondent in accordance with law, in a time bound period. 4. In view of the above this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the pending representation of petitioner for request transfer dated 29.07.2025 within a period of six weeks from the production of certified copy of this order, stric
