By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus to command the respondent No. 2 to pass final order in the matter of request for transfer made by the petitioner vide representation dated 08.05.2025 which has already stood forwarded by the competent authority to the concerned authority for passing order on 28.05.2025 but till date no decision has been taken. 3.
