Heard Sri Jamal Ahmad Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent no.2 to release the amount of gratuity and leave encashment as he has already stood retired on 31.07.2024 and yet in the name of pending disciplinary proceedings the same has remained witheld. 3. It is argued on behalf of the petitioner that on the date of his retirement petitioner was served with the chargesheet and thereafter departmental enquiry was conducted which has already concluded and yet no order has been passed upon the same and thus petitioner continues to remain denied of complete disbursement of post retirement dues.
