It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner has already challenged the attachement order before this Court vide Writ A No.7489 of 2025 which was disposed of on 27.05.2025 with direction to the respondents to take final decision in the matter within a period of two months and until such decision no coercive measure should be taken against the petitioner. It is contended that since petitioner has not joined at Lalitpur, he should not be forced to vacate the official accommodation under the order passed on 23.08.2025. It is further argued that till date no decision has been taken by the competent authority pursuant to the order dated 27.05.2025. 2.
