By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the transfer order dated 15.06.2025 on the ground that her children are studying in school in Class Vth and U.K.G. and therefore, her transfer in mid-session is against transfer policy and relevant circulars issued. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that her husband is still working at Agra and therefore, the benefit of transfer policy for posting of spouse at the station of posting of the other spouse under the transfer policy may be given to her. 4.
