By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the rejection slip dated 27.08.2025 whereby the petitioenr has been declared unsuccessful in the physical standard test held for the post of Constable (GD), Central Armed Police Force. 3. Per contra, it is argued by Sri Prem Narain Rai, learned panel counsel for the respondent that upon rejection in the physical standard test, a candidate is required to apply for appeal the same day so that the review physical standard test is held vide Clause 12.5.5 which provides as under: "12.5.5. The candidates, who are declared not qualified in Physical Standards (i.e., height and chest) may prefer an appeal on the same day, if they, so desire, to the Appell
