Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to regularize the services of the petitioners on the post of regular collection Amin under 35 per cent quota as provided under Rule 5(i) and 17-Ka of U.P. Collection Amins' Service Rules, 1974. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to seek relaxation in age of the petitioners according to Rule 3 of U.P. Public Service (Relaxation of the Age Limit for Recruitment) Rules, 1992, within some reasonable time so as to provide regular appointment to the petitioners on the post of Collection Amin." 3.
