By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has challenged the order dated 25th August, 2025, by which petitioner has been given a show cause notice by cancelling the appointment of the petitioner as Anganwadi worker on the ground that petitioner's income certificate has been cancelled by the competent authority. 3. In the considered view of the Court, if petitioner has been provided an opportunity to explain the position on facts under the show cause notice dated 25th August, 2025, she should submit her reply to the same and in the event petitioner submits reply within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit within a further period of 30 days.
