Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief: "(i) Issue a writ order of direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to promote the petitioner from the post of Head Constable to the Sub Inspector within a short stipulated period. (ii). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents specially the respondent No.- 3 to consider and decide the representation dated 2.6.2025 moved by the petitioner within a short stipulated period, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case" 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in above regard petitioner has already moved representation dated 2nd June, 2025 before the respondent No.- 3 but the same has not
