By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus to command respondent no.2 to consider the request of the petitioner for transfer as per transfer policy currently enforced for the period 2025-26. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard, petitioner has already approached the authority by making representation on 20.05.2025 but till date no decision has been taken. 4. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law provided petitioner makes a fresh representation.
