By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the order/ notice dated 19th August, 2025 directing for vacating the official accommodation occupied by his family. Petitioner has already stood transferred to another district on 18th November, 2023 but has been able to hold back the official accommodation as his son and daughter are studying. 3. This Court had enquired from learned Standing Counsel as to whether petitioner's son and daughter were studying in Class XI and XII so as to permit him to retain official accommodation earlier allotted to him for the next two years. 4.
