By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has sought to question the order dated 28.05.2025 passed by Commandant, Group Centre, CRPF Prayagraj Presiding Officer, Compassionate Appointment Board as well as order passed by the appellate authority dated 23.06.2025 whereby his claim for compassionate appointment on the post of Constable (GD) has been rejected on the ground that the petitioner could not run in the physical standard test which was held. 3. He however submits that petitioner is ready to be given any other suitable post by way of compassionate appointment and according to him he has now applied for the post of cook.
