By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has assailed the order of transfer dated 26th August, 2025 on the ground that said transfer order are contemplated under the relevant rules. 3. Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel has placed instruction before this Court along with the order passed by the Deputy Commissioner (Labour and Employment), Basti dated 6th September, 2025, whereby the order of transfer of the petitioner dated 26th August, 2025 has been cancelled. 4. Instruction placed today is taken on record. A copy of the instruction is also served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Court itself. 5.
