By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the transfer order dated 1st July, 2025 and relieving order dated 30th July, 2025 for it being in violation of transfer policy dated 6th May, 2025. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has sought to defend the order on the ground that it has been passed on an administrative exigency and in public interest. However, he is not averse to a direction being issued for consideration of representation of the petitioner in the event petitioner moves a fresh representation. 4.
