Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner wants that he may be transferred to either Bijnor, Meerut or Baghpat that are nearby district to Muzaffarnagar and the plea taken is medical issue. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner has been transferred on promotion however he is not averse to a direction being issued to the competent authority to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner only taking into consideration the transfer policy dated 06.05.2025. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.2 to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 20.05.2025 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of
