By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioners have prayed for following substantial relief: "(I). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for revision of pension by extending benefit of special grade pay 4600/- and to make payment of due arrears of salary benefit to the petitioner forthwith certain stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court as the petitioner retired from the post of Jeep Driver on 28.02.2025 from Block - Rohta, District- Meerut." 3.
