Court No. - 4 HON'BLE AJIT KUMAR, J. 1. Heard Shri Ramesh Chandra Agrahari, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for writ of mandamus to command the respondent No. 2 to consider his request of the petitioner for transfer made in his representation on 25.03.2025 which was sent by registered post on 02.04.2025. 3. It is submitted that in view of the trnasfer policy dated 06.05.2025 petitioner's representation deserves to be considered on merits. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of petitioner is for transfer is directed to be disposed of by the respondent in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no.2 to consider and dispose of the pending representation of petitioner dated 25.03.2025 within a period of six weeks
