The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of suspension dated 24.4.2024 and that too for delayed pending enquiry, inasmuch as, from non payment of subsistence allowance. This averment has been made vide paragraph 6 of the petition. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the enquiry has been concluded and report will be submitted within two weeks time. In view of above, therefore, this petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent disciplinary authority to conclude the entire disciplinary proceeding within maximum period of one month from today, failing which the petitioner shall be reinstated and shall be entitled to full salary.
