Shri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter and as per the instructions the order of suspension dated 18.11.2024 has been revoked vide order dated 11.09.2025 and instructions are silent about the institution of domestic inquiry. 2. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondents to immediately release the entire arrears of salary for the period petitioner had remained under suspension vide order dated 18.11.2024 till its revocation vide order dated 11.09. 2025. 3. Arrears shall be paid within a period of one month from production of certified copy of this order failing which petitioner shall be entitled to interest at the rate of 12 percent upon arrears of salary.
