Heard Sri Narendra Deo Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri Shiv Kumar Pal, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a direction in the nature of writ of mandamus to the respondent no. 2 to decide the pending claim of compassionate appointment of the petitioner on account of death of her husband on 06.06.2020 while he was working in the respondent establishment. Learned Deputy Solicitor General submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner regarding compassionate appointment on account of death of her WRIA No. 13186 of 2025 2 husband and pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law.
