By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has assailed the order dated 06.01.2025 on the ground that he has been assigned the duty at Central Jail, Bareilly on administrative ground, whereas, his current place of posting is Baghpat and his family resides there. Per contra it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that petitioner has been assigned duty on administrative exigency. However, he is not averse to a direction being issued for consideration of representation dated 30.06.2025 of the petitioner and disposal thereof in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction that respondent no. 2 shall consider the grievance of the petitioner raised in his representation dated 30.06.2025 and decide the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receip
