By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for quashing of the order of suspension dated 01.08.2025 on certain allegation. 3. It is submitted that petitioner was earlier served with the charge sheet in respect of the same allegations to which he submitted detailed reply and after the inquiry report has been submitted and show cause notice was issued to the petitioner he has already offered his explanation. Under the circumstances it is contended that when the disciplinary authority is not able to complete the matter of disciplinary proceedings, petitioner cannot be forced to continue under prolonged suspension. 4.
