By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following relief: "i. Issue a Writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the petitioner one notional increment for the period from 01st July 2022 to 30th June, 2023 for the purpose of pension and pensionary benefits and accordingly re-fix his pension and other pensionary benefits and pay the arrears along with admissible interest thereupon" 3. It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner has approached the authority by making representation on 07.04.2025 but no order has been passed thereupon. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the respondent in accordance with law. 5.
