Heard learned counsel for the parties. By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for direction in the nature of writ of mandamus to command respondent no. 3 to consider his request for transfer made in the application dated 15th April, 2025 and then again on 20.6.2025. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event direction is issued to respondent no. 3 to consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law in a time bound period. In view of aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent no. 3, to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order in accordance with law.
