Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no disciplinary proceeding is pending against the petitioner whereby the petitioner can be awarded major penalty or punishment. He has further relied upon the Government Order dated 30.06.1993 and submits that in identical set of facts, writ petition being Writ A Nos.20486 of 2024, 19684 of 2022, 19684 of 2022 and 20908 of 2018 has been disposed of. 3.
