It is argued on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is entitled to third ACP benefit as per recommendations made by the authority on 5.8.2022 and yet no action has been taken and no final orders have been passed even though petitioner has retired way-back in the year 2019 Learned Standing Counsel submits that since recommendation has been made in favour of the petitioner , his claim raised on his representation dated 14th August, 2025 may be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law. He submits that the competent authority in the matter is respondent no. 2. In view of aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent no. 3 to look into and consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
