Heard Mohammad Umar Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner Sri R.S.Umrao, learned Standing Counsel. By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has assailed the order dated 2nd August, 2025, whereby his official accommodation has come to be allotted to another person. It is argued on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner ought to have been issued with show cause notice. Per contra, learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner has already stood transferred to another place in the year 2024, and therefore, he is liable to be vacate the official accommodation. Upon a pointed query being made, learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute that he has already stood transferred to another station in the year 2024. In the circumstances, therefore, I see no justification to interfere with the order impugned. Writ petition stands consigned to record with
